This past month we did see a minimal drop in single detached and semi-detached homes, both in volume and sale price however we saw an increase in condo sales which brought the average sale price to nearly half a million dollars! Many buyers are seeing the value in condos since the average sale price in single detached homes nearly reached $1million both in October and last month. I don’t anticipate the sale prices to decrease any time soon, in fact, I believe we will see another surge next year once the colder weather is behind us. Questions?
