Well this Market Update brings us to the end of 2021 and the final numbers are in! As predicted, the average sale price of single detached homes officially topped $1 million dollars! It’s hard to believe that last December the average sale price for single detached home was where semi-detached homes are sitting at now; ¾ of a million dollars! Condos are sitting at $500k. It’s impossible to predict how much prices will continue to increase in 2022 however it’s clear that they will in fact continue to increase over the next year.
It’s always daunting to think about getting into the Real Estate Market or expanding your real estate portfolio, especially now with these climbing numbers but the sooner you enter the market, the larger your investment will grow over time. Contact me to discuss anything Real Estate.
