Another hot month of sales, with the average price of a detached home reaching nearly one million dollars!! This represents a 34.2% increase from October 2020 and an increase of 3.5% compared to September 2021. The demand continues to outweigh the available inventory which is keeping prices at an all time high. Semi-detached homes have substantially increased over the last month with the average selling price rising to $726,313 compared to $686,316 just last month. Interest rates have remained low, so if you are thinking of making a move, now is the time to do it as I believe the spring market will be even hotter than what we’re seeing now!
