Sales increased by 9.8% compared to April, while new listings saw a slight rise, indicating the market is gradually gaining momentum.
With a 4.0-month supply of inventory, Waterloo Region continues to be one of the more balanced markets across the areas served by Cornerstone. Additionally, average days on market have remained stable compared to last year, suggesting that competitively priced homes are still attracting buyers and selling within a reasonable timeframe.
