January stats are in and this is our first look at what 2023 has to offer. The average selling price was $764k which is up roughly 6% from last month. January is typically sluggish however the properties that did sell, sold rather quickly and some with multiple offers! This is due to the low inventory on the market right now, so if you know you plan to sell in the next month or so, you should consider listing sooner than later. Call me to discuss your options.
