August was on the quieter side with sales down relative to last month and last August 2020.
Since last month was the first FULL month in Step 3 of the reopening, it’s believed people shifted their priorities to getting out and enjoying the last month of summer with their families therefore putting their real estate needs on hold for the time being. September could prove to be a busy month in real estate with the hopes that daily routines will be back to “normal”.
